
Interstate drug traffickers held at City rly stn

BENGALURU: The Narcotics Control Bureau on Tuesday nabbed three inter-state drug traffickers red-handed and seized 25kg of the drug Amphetamine worth `10 crore from them. The arrests took place near the parking area of Krantivira Sangolli Rayanna railway station. (Bengaluru city).
An official release on Wednesday stated that the drug consignment was sourced from Delhi and was headed for Chennai via Bengaluru. Syed Abdul Kadhar (37), Abu Tahir (38) and B Sardar (52) were arrested under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropics Subtances Act and Rules. They were active in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Delhi, among other states.
