Cold and wind can make for a dangerous combination. Dress appropriately today.
The high will only be around –13 C and westerly winds gusting up to 40 km/h will give us wind chills in the minus 20s.
At least the sun will shine.
While the overall pattern is storm free, we could see some flurries Friday.
Temperatures will slowly moderate into the weekend.
