After weeks of speculation, the member of the Emmerdale cast who pushed Emma Barton (Gillian Kearney) from the viaduct to her death was revealed.
Emmerdale spoilers revealed things would all become clear tonight and, in the second episode, it was revealed that Moira Barton (Natalie Robb) was the one who did it.
And now, actress Natalie has revealed all about the dramatic moment and what's next for Moira – and Cain (Jeff Hordley) who she confessed to.
"They were going to do three alternative endings, so none of us knew and that was because of leaks," she told Daily Star Online at an Emmerdale press day.
She said: "When Holly died it was such a shock as nobody saw it coming and that is much better for the audience.

“Don't push Moira when she's angry!”
Natalie Robb
"They filmed endings with Ross and Pete being the killer. They could have put them on at the last minute, but the next six months wouldn't make sense."
Viewers saw Emma goad Moira – who had tried to get Emma down – until it became too much and she shoved her from Hotten viaduct.
Natalie said: "Emma wanted her to do that from the off. She is not being calculative about it, she didn't go to murder, she wanted to bring her down but she pushes the wrong buttons.
"Don't talk about the kids in the wrong way. Don't push Moira when she's angry!"
In the real world, murdering someone is likely to get you locked up, but in Soapland it's not a dead cert.

Emmerdale's greatest exits

Admitting she wasn't worried Moira's guilt would mean her exit from the soap, Natalie admitted: "They told me that wasn't the case, if it happened it is in the lap of the gods and there is nothing I can do.
"I have just signed another year, so you have another year of me yet. Robert Sugden has murdered, but he is still here.
"I was quite grateful to be involved with it to be honest.
"When they described it to me it hadn't been written at that point, it was all the twists and turns and curveballs. It was nice to be part of that."

Most explosive soap bustups

What viewers didn't know – or some clever ones might have – is that it wasn't necessarily the baby blues keeping Moira awake, as they had seen – it was guilt.
Natalie said: "We had to play a bit of post-natal so that it wasn't so obvious that she had murdered someone, but there was a part of the baby blues."
Emmerdale continues tomorrow night at 7pm on ITV.
