FIFA 18 TOTW 13 LIVE

EA Sports new FIFA 18 TOTW 13 squad is now live in the game across PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.

It means players can now challenge the team to earn some FIFA Coins as well unpack the new TOTW cards from in-game packs.

Obviously, it also means that some of these players may already be available on FIFA 18's in-game transfer market.

However, you might find that these cards, what with being so brand new and sought after, are incredibly pricey, so it's best to to wait a few days before bidding.

FIFA 18 TOTW 13 REVEALED

FIFA 18 developer EA Sports has revealed the games 13th FIFA 18 Team of the Week squad for the games Ultimate Team mode.

TOTW 13 will be available later today at 6PM BST to both compete against on FIFA 18 Ultimate team and available in packs.

The squad this week features another FIVE Premier League players including Manchester City's Nicolas Otamendi, as well Spurs Heung Min Son, West Ham's Winston Reid, Bournemouth's Jermain Defoe and Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez.

There's also room for Leeds United forward Kemar Roofe.

FIFA 18 TOTW 13 - UPDATE 1

Although every FIFA 18 player is no doubt excited by the potential of a brand new TOTW squad - to not only challenge in FIFA 18 but also collect through the games in-game packs - it's worth remembering that there are still some hours to go to get last weeks TOTW 12 lineup.

FIFA 18 TOTW 12 included FIVE Premier League players including Manchester United's David De Gea as well as Ashley Young. There's also a strong Premier League Midfield trio of Arsenal's Mesut Ozil, Everton's Wayne Rooney and Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho.

These players will of course still be available to buy from the FIFA 18 transfer market, but if you're hoping to pack any of these players you'll only have until 6PM this evening to do so, at which point they'll be replaced by the new Team of the Week squad.

ORIGINAL STORY - FIFA 18 will be unveiling a new TOTW tomorrow, the 13th Team of the Week squad for the game's PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch Ultimate Team mode.

For anyone new to FIFA Ultimate team TOTW, here's a quick overview:

The FUT Team of the Week (TOTW) is a weekly team of 23 in-form player cards and these players will be boosted with a stat upgrade by EA based on how well they have performed over the last week in real-life football fixtures.

The new FIFA 18 Ultimate Team cards are available from packs in-game but will only be available for one week from 6PM (UK time) every Wednesday. They can also be found in the in-game market, but usually at hugely inflated prices.

Now onto business - while we can't say for definite who will be in the 23 man TOTW squad, there are one or two players who have surely cemented their place this week following some fine performances in the last round of fixtures. For instance:

Manchester City defender Nicolas Otamendi was in the goals again - his fifth of the season - but his winner over Manchester United could prove the most important.

There's also space in the squad for Spurs Heung Min Son, who once again impressed in the 5-1 demolition of Stoke alongside West Ham's Arthur Masuaku, Bournemouth's Jermain Defoe and Huddersfield's Steve Mounie.
