The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Haryana for the development of civil aviation infrastructure in the state, especially for the creation of a world class international aviation hub in Hisar.
The MoU was jointly signed by Ashok Sangwan (Advisor, Civil Aviation), Government of Haryana and Anil Gupta (GM-Business Development) of AAI in the presence of other officials on December 11.
Speaking on the occasion, Sangwan appreciated the role of the AAI in creating, upgrading, maintaining and managing civil aviation infrastructure and airspace in the country.
Gupta reiterated the AAI's commitment in assisting Haryana for creating and developing world class civil aviation infrastructure in the state.
