While taking strict note of the complaint regarding negligence in duty, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal on Tuesday ordered immediate suspension of Gram Sachiv posted at village Golagarh in district Bhiwani.
Manohar Lal issued the order while redressing the grievances of people at Janata Darbar in Bhiwani.
A complainant Dhoop Singh of village Golagarh complained the Chief Minister of dereliction in duty by the gram sachiv as a result of which the development works in the village are adversely affected. While taking action on the complaint, the Chief Minister directed to immediately suspend the gram sachiv.
The Resident Welfare Association of Sector-23 Bhiwani requested the Chief Minister, as there is no government school in their residential area, a new school be opened in interest of the students.
Considering their request, the Chief Minister assured that a government school would be set up in Sector-23 Bhiwani after identifying a suitable piece of land.
Deputy Commissioner Anshaj Singh apprised the Chief Minister that a Zymkhana Club is also being constructed for the residents of the sector.
On a demand raised by village Panchayat Damkora, the Chief Minister directed the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue, Keshni Anand Arora to ensure availability of computerized machine in every district for conducting marking and consolidation of land records.
This machine should be arranged at the earliest in Bhiwani district, said he.
Manohar Lal also directed the Deputy Commissioner to get the needful done by making agreement with private companies till the Department arranges the machine.
On a complaint of water-logging and cleanliness in Sector-13 there, the Chief Minister asked the officers of HUDA and Municipal Council to visit the respective areas alongwith the residents on December 14.
Reacting on another complaint, he directed the Deputy Commissioner to remove illegal possession from phirni of all villages of the district in one month.
