The new 2019 VW Jetta features an incredible look. In the US, the best-selling Volkswagen model is the Jetta. This happens despite the fact that Volkswagen has launched a series of more powerful cars after the Jetta. After the success experienced with the fourth-generation Jetta in the 1990s and early 2000s, Volkswagen decided to make it bigger and cheaper. In the process, this car lost its luxury.

Now, the German automaker intends to make Jetta one of the best cars they have, upgrading the older model. Drivers will notice improvements in the driving dynamics and technology. Furthermore, the car will also feature more fuel-efficient gasoline powertrain. The new 2019 VW Jetta will have post-collision braking standard. Drivers can also add new features like adaptive cruise control, rear parking assist, and blind spot monitoring.

The new vehicle will also sport standard LED front and rear exterior lightning, an Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatible system and an upgraded cockpit. The 2019 Jetta will appear at the Detroit Auto Show next month, and it will go on sale somewhere in the middle of 2018. The new car will also have a manual gearbox option.

Nowadays, drivers expect more technology and even more luxury and the days of cheap cars are over. Even if the Jetta will soon be upgraded, this may not happen at the appropriate time. This interferes with the fact that Sedan sales are dropping. Unfortunately, since 2012, the sales for Jetta have declined. Many buyers switch to SUVs, trucks, and crossovers.

Summing up

The 2019 VW Jetta is meant to revolutionize the older model, bringing new specs that would make buyers curious again. Volkswagen hopes that the sales for Jetta will increase again now with the upgraded model about to launch.
