Fire crews are battling a blaze at a sawmill in North Canterbury.

Six fire engines and a support vehicle are at the mill, on Todds Rd, Rangiora.

Fire and Emergency New Zealand shift manager Riwai Grace says the big fire has been been contained.

No one has been injured.
