The stunning songstress wowed in the Mrs Claus costume as she sang Christmas carols at a children’s hospice in the US.

Katy wore a red patterned Santa hat and coordinating coat which she accessorised with a gold buckled belt that cinched her in at the waist.

She paired the look with black tights and knee-high boots as she decided to go the whole festive nine yards.

Katy revealed a long, black curly ‘do in a nod to her original look when she first took on the pop charts.

She added a liberal dusting of green shadow and black kohl to her peepers, making her baby blues pop.

Letterbox-red lipstick completed the sultry singer’s vampy makeup.

In one of the snaps on Katie Perry’s Instagram story wowed as she lay across a piano and kicked up her leather boots.

Katy, who has continued to storm-the-charts in 2017 with hits including Swish Swish with Nicki Minaj, recently opened up about her creative process when writing songs.

The 33-year-old said to W magazine: “In the past I used a tape recorder, and now I just use my phone. My Notes section is a hodgepodge of all kinds of crazy ideas.

“And I have an old-fashioned memo notebook - not one of those leather-bound things with a Montblanc pen!

“Just an old-fashioned black and white composition book filled with scraps of songs.”
