A man was slightly injured on Tuesday night after he was shot at following a fight in Naxxar, the police said.
The incident took place in Burmarrad Road at 11.30pm.
The police said that three men were involved in a heated argument, with one of them using a firearm against the other two before escaping in a car.
The injured man, a 43-year-old of Paola, was given first assistance by a medical team before being taken to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment.
