(MENAFN) Secretary of State Rex Tillerson declared that the United States is "ready to talk any time" with North Korea with no preconditions.

The declaration of Tillerson seemed to move far from the US earlier conditions of North Korea to disarm prior to any possible talks.

However, the White House spoke out few hours later and confirmed that prospects of President Trump over North Korea "had not changed."
