details. on tuesday.. state representative dan johnson said that he would not resign... after a woman claimed he sexually assaulted her when she was 17 years old. the woman claims the assalt happened in january of 20-13. the kentucky lawmaker is a republican... from mount washington... in bullitt county. he says the sexual assault didn't happen and that the allegations are politically motivated.
