Minister listens to people’s grievances at Janata Milan

Agriculture Minister Subodh Uniyal listened to the grievances of people at Janata Milan programme organised at the State party office on Monday.

D S Payal of Neelkanth village located in Yamkeshwar block of Pauri district complained about wild animals destroying farms and agriculture produce. He asked the Minsiter to give their grievances top priority.  He also demanded that solar fencing should be installed in the village to prevent the menace of wild animals.

The Minister told him the State has earmarked a sum of Rs 3 crore for solar fencing and forwarded the request to the officials concerned. Bhawna Pandey from Bhawali in Nainital district said that she has done Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery (ANM) in the year 2014 but is still unemployed.

 She wanted a job for her in any hospital. Pawan Pandey of Bhawali pleaded for financial help as his poly house had got destroyed in the disaster of 2013. Similarly Anand Mohan, a diploma holder in civil engineering wanted a job which suited his profile.

 A total of 45 people met the Min and put their applications.
