YSRC leaders demand probe against TDP MLA A Satya Prasad

GUNTUR: The YSRC leaders submitted a representation to District Collector K Sasidhar demanding probe against TDP MLA A Satya Prasad and his followers for alleged involvement in land grabbing and pledging documents in bank for securing a loan of Rs 6 crore with the help of officials of Revenue and Fisheries departments.The YSRC leaders and Guntur East MLA Md Mustafa, Bapatla Parliament constituency president Mopidevi Venkataramana, Guntur Parliament constituency president Ravi Venkataramana, State secretary L Appi Reddy, M Nagarjuna and others demanded an inquiry into land grabbing at Dindi village in Nizampatnam mandal of Guntur district.

They submitted a representation to Collector K Sasidhar during the ‘Mee Kosam’ programme at the ZP office here on Monday.Former Minister Mopidevi Venkataramana lamented that TDP leaders showed 450 acres of land records in 874 and 875 survey numbers and 1,200 acres in 1128 and 1129 survey numbers by colluding with revenue officials and got bank loan sanctioned for `6 crore by submitting the documents. 

He demanded stern action against A Satya Prasad and his followers. They said that they have evidence to prove the land scam. YSRC leaders B Sai Babu, T Ramakrishna Reddy, B Venu Prasad and others were also present.
