BRITAIN could be pelted by more snow this week as freezing conditions sweep across the UK and the latest map shows where could be hit.
Snow fell across the UK earlier this week and Arctic temperatures are set to sweep across Britain later this week.
In the chart, which shows the likelihood of snow and its depth across Britain and Europe, the UK appears to be hit later this week.
Snow appears to continue to fall across the UK with Scotland facing the biggest downpour over the next couple of days, but some parts of England and Wales will also see small flurries.
Much of Europe, mainly Italy, appears to be bombarded by the most amount of snow over the coming days.

The snow chart comes as freezing temperatures across Britain threaten to bring wintery showers.
Government forecasters have issued new snow and ice warnings in Scotland and eastern England last night with a health warning extended to Thursday.
Despite a brief increase in temperatures tomorrow, the freezing polar winds are expected to return by the weekend.

Temperatures were forecast to hit -15C in exposed northerly spots last night, with between freezing and -10C expected more widely.
Met Office spokesman Grahame Madge said: “Temperatures were expected to fall very low on Monday night, especially where we have lying snow and this snow and slush is likely to freeze, bringing potentially hazardous conditions for both motorists and pedestrians on Tuesday morning.
“A low-pressure system named Storm Ana passing over France will pull cold air into the UK through Tuesday and bring wintry showers along the east coast.
“Showers will continue to fall as snow into Wednesday, although it will be slightly milder. However, it will be unsettled with strong winds and this will make it feel colder.
“By the end of the week, we are back into a polar airflow, bringing colder conditions and a further risk of wintry showers.”
Heavy snow crippled the country over the weekend, cancelling flights, cutting off power and causing chaos on the roads.
Breakdown cover firm Green Flag said it had received more than three calls every minute, over double the usual number for a Monday at this time of year.
Edmund King, the president of the AA said that Tuesday will be “extremely busy” as Britain recovers from the snow and icy conditions.
He said: “We expect Tuesday to be extremely busy as temperatures plummet overnight, causing even more hazardous conditions on already wet and slippery roads.”
