Railway upgrade should embrace new generation wagons by involving the private sector

Vinayak Chatterjee Passengers of Indian Railways are travelling more comfortably — coaches are designed better, station amenities are more hospitable and trains are faster.

The bullet train is adding fizz to expectations.
