However, his fans have already painted the town red with posters, banners and graffiti across Tamil Nadu, greeting their 'thalaivar', who according to them is the future chief minister of Tamil Nadu, on his birthday. They have lined up various events throughout the day.

Adding more to their celebrations was a new poster of his upcoming film 'Kaala', which was released by the movie's makers last midnight. In the poster, Rajini, who was wearing black dress and black glasses, was seen rugged and intense.
