
Vukile Property Fund has invested in Spain. The South African fund has purchased assets in two commercial areas located in Granada and Murcia with an investment of 65 million euros. The locations of the properties are in Alameda Park and Pinatar Park.
The operation has been carried out, according to Expansión, through the Spanish subsidiary of the fund, Castellana Properties, whose capital includes the South African family Morze. Alameda Park has 25,000 square meters and has been purchased for 54.6 million, while Pinatark Park occupies 10,637 square meters and has involved an outlay of 10.7 million euros. With these pirchases, Castellana Properties reaches a total of thirteen shopping centers in Spain, with a total investment of 290 million euros. Last July, Vukile bought nine commercial parks from Redevco for 193 million euros.
