GURUGRAM: A motorist has been booked for allegedly damaging the car of a city-based doctor and also threatening to kill him if he approached the the police.
According to police, the incident happened on Sunday around 9am, when the complainant, Dr Sudharshan Kumar, was on his way towards Sohna. Kumar told cops that the accused rammed into his Honda City from the rear side near Sheeshpal Vihar.
As Kumar alighted from his car to check the damage and questioned the accused as to why was he speeding, the accused rolled down his car window and abused the doctor. He threatened to kill the doctor, if he filed a police complaint and drove past.
An FIR was registered against the unidentified man under sections 279 (negligence of driving), 336 (act endangering life or personal safety), 427 (causing damage), 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC at Sadar police station.
