According to the South China Morning Post, Yongning had died on November 8 and his body was discovered a day later. Yongning fell from the 62-storey Huayuan Hua Centre, one of the tallest buildings located in the central city of Changsha.
Confirming about the daredevil's demise, Yongning's girlfriend on last Friday wrote online: "Today is December 8th. It makes me think of November 8th, the day you left us and left this world."
His uncle told the South China Morning Post, "Yonging wanted the money as he was planning to propose to his girlfriend. He needed the money for his wedding as well as for the medical treatment of his sick mother".
On the day he died, Yongning had published a shocking video of himself on Weibo hanging atop a skyscraper. Besides this, he also revealed his aim to challenge all skyscrapers in the world without protection.
The stuntman who often used to attempt quite dangerous stunts, had more than 235,000 followers on his social media account. The daredevil had also worked in Chinese television shows.
