‘Bach to Jazz’ for Perlman Music Program benefit

The annual Perlman Music Program Suncoast, a two-week training residency for young musicians led by Itzhak Perlman, gets an early kick-off with a concert featuring two alumni. Violinist Sean Lee and pianst Peter Dugan perform "Bach to Jazz" at 7 p.m. Dec. 20 under a tent on the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee campus, where the program runs Dec. 24-Jan. 6. The fund-raising concert will feature classical and jazz selections.

“Bach to Jazz” will be presented at 7 p.m. Dec. 20 at the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, 8350 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. For more information; 941-955-4942; perlmanmusicprogramsuncoast.org
