Two persons were killed and two others injured when a tractor trolley overturned and fell off a bridge, landing on the side of the seasonal river Rawasan on Sunday morning at around 5 am. Police admitted the injured to the hospital.
Speaking to The Pioneer, the police station house office (SHO) Pradeep Mishra said, "The tractor fell about 30 feet down killing two persons while two others sustained serious injuries. The bodies have been sent to the district hospital for post mortem examination.”
The deceased have been identified as Lokesh, a resident of Alamsarai village in the district of Bijnor in Uttar Pradesh and Charan from the same village, said the police. On the other hand Pawan and Babu, who are also residents of Bijnor were critically injured.
