Cape Town - The staff of Absa Premiership giants Kaizer Chiefs are reportedly unhappy with the club due to unpaid bonuses and no salary increase.

According to the SowetanLIVE website, an unnamed source revealed that the club have not adhered to its promises that were made to the staff.

“They were supposed to have given them salary increases this year but they got nothing and Jessica (Motaung), who is their boss, has said nothing about this matter,” said the source.

“The staff is so afraid of her that no one is willing to openly protest against this.”

Jessica Motaung, Chiefs Marketing manager, who has been in her position for years has wished that her father, Kaizer Motaung, would release her from her job.

Meanwhile, Jessica’s sister, Kemiso wrote an e-mail to the club’s staff insisting that all the club’s employees who are not happy should resign from their position.

“She also said she wished her father could release her and allow her to go work overseas,” the source continued.

“This was preceded by her sister Kemiso's e-mail which was sent to certain managers, whom she suspects were behind the leaks, and told them they were welcome to leave the club if they so wish.”
