PM Narendra Modi has been running an aggressive election campaign in Gujarat.
Congress and BJP have been running an aggressive campaign for the Gujarat assembly election, which has turned into a prestige battle. Both the parties have been hurling allegations against each other over issues such as corruption and development.
On Sunday, PM Modi yet again attacked Mani Shankar Aiyar, who was suspended from Congress for calling the prime minister "neech". In the past, he has lashed out at the grand old party for being "anti-poor" and "anti-Gujarat".
Today, PM Modi will address election rallies in Hemchandracharya's Patan, Nadiad, and Karnavati. Among other star campaigners of the party, BJP National President Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath are also holding election rallies in the poll-bound state today.
Here are the live updates for PM Modi's rallies in Gujarat.
Amit Shah, who has been supervising the election preparations, is also holding rallies in Sui Gaam in Vav, Koshindra in Anklav, Borsad and Dabhoi today.
Tomorrow is the last day for the campaigning ahead of second phase of Gujarat assembly election slated for Thursday.
PM Modi is expected to address the first rally of the day in Patan at around 2 pm. BJP tweeted his schedule for the day from the official party account.
