Gujarat Elections 2017 Live: PM Modi To Address Three Rallies Today

PM Narendra Modi has been running an aggressive election campaign in Gujarat.

Ahead of the second phase of Gujarat assembly election slated for Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address three rallies in his home state today.

Congress and BJP have been running an aggressive campaign for the Gujarat assembly election, which has turned into a prestige battle. Both the parties have been hurling allegations against each other over issues such as corruption and development.

On Sunday, PM Modi yet again attacked Mani Shankar Aiyar, who was suspended from Congress for calling the prime minister "neech".  In the past, he has lashed out at the grand old party for being "anti-poor" and "anti-Gujarat".

Today, PM Modi will address election rallies in Hemchandracharya's Patan, Nadiad, and Karnavati. Among other star campaigners of the party, BJP National President Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath are also holding election rallies in the poll-bound state today.
