Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma Tying the Knot Is Good News for Ad World: Prahlad Kakkar

Speaking to News18, renowned adman Prahlad Kakkar said that brand Virushka will get a huge boost with Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma tying the knot. He went on to say that the marriage of the two stars augurs well for the advertisement industry. “It is great news for everyone because as a brand Virushka gets stronger. The idea now will be to get a package deal and get both of them to endorse the same product. Both of them are superstars and by coming together they will be able to command a higher value.”

He further said that Virat and Anushka’s wedding comes close to the union of Tiger Pataudi and Sharmila Tagore but not bigger than them. “Sharmila was a huge star when she decided to marry Tiger Pataudi. And Mansoor Ali Khan apart from his royalty was also a major style icon. Nothing can beat that.”

Kakkar also said that Virushka’s marriage is as big as Abhishek Bachchan tying the knot with Aishwarya Rai as both of them were superstars when they got married.

 A Tuscan wedding has been announced after a four-year whirlwind romance. The wedding was held far away from prying eyes and paparazzi. Tuscany is famous for grand castles and even grander wedding ceremonies.  

Borgo Finocchieto, an 800-year-old village in Tuscany and a boutique property, is the venue for wedding . The Borgo has a beautiful manor house and 4 adjacent villas. The Borgo comprises 5 village houses perched atop a hill over 6 acres; 22 bedrooms can accommodate 44 guests in the Borgo

The formal dining room here seats up to 34 guests. Amenities at the Borgo include outdoor dining terrace, spacious living room with a grand piano, A study, screening room, library, bar, conference facility, wine-tasting room, complement the elegant courtyard. The Borgo has exquisite piazza, rolling lawns and well-manicured gardens and a 60-feet oval swimming pool is part of state-of-the-art recreational facilities.

The Borgo, if used exclusively, costs ₹34.87 lakh approx. for 44 guests for 3 days.
