DUBAI: Dubai Criminal Court on Sunday heard the case of an African woman who assaulted a policeman on duty by biting his wrist.

According to investigation papers, the victim who was doing his job suspected the accused and tried to stop her to check her identification papers and see if she is a legal resident. The woman, however, refused to respond to his request and when the victim approached her, she bit his right wrist.
