Towie pair Yaz and James Lock celebrate their one-year anniversary next month, meaning this is their first festive season as a couple.
And they will spend it with both families in Morocco which Yaz reckons will be like comedy film Meet The Fockers.
She says: “My dad has got a villa in Marrakech so James and his family are coming out with my family for Christmas.
“It’s going to be a bit like Meet The Fockers! Last year my family and I went out there for a month and that’s when I started speaking to James.
“I’d known him a long time as he was close to my brother but we’d always been off-limits out of respect to my brother and because he had a girlfriend.
“We spoke every day for a month. And look at us now!”

The pair, who live together, have been criticised for moving too fast but Yaz says they couldn’t be happier.
They have recently enjoyed a trip to Rome for Lockie’s birthday.
And while she’s not expecting a marriage proposal just yet, Yaz is confident it won’t be too far off.
She says: “A lot of people thought we weren’t going to work because we moved quite quickly, but it just worked for us. I feel like we’ve both committed and settled down a lot.
“I don’t think he will propose at Christmas – I think that’s too soon.
“But it would be lovely if it’s in the next couple of years. No pressure James!”

The pair have had to contend with Lockie’s ex Danielle Armstrong, who has cast a shadow over their romance.
James and Danielle dated for four years and lived together but split a number of times before calling it quits for good.
But after he got together with Yazmin, the two women ended up feuding, publicly insulting each other and even fighting in an Essex restaurant, with Danni insisting James still loved her.
Danni made a surprise appearance in the Towie Halloween episode and the trio appeared to make their peace.
So will the reconciliation last?
“I’m not one to have arguments and rows in public so I tried to keep the peace,” says Yazmin, 24.
“I don’t think there was any reason for us to have had the falling out in the first place.

“Now we’ve reconciled, it’s been nice and hopefully it will stay like that.
“She seemed really lovely at the Halloween episode and I’m glad we could sort out our differences. She seemed genuine about wanting James and I to be happy so I can only go on what she said and how she’s acted.
“Maybe we can be friends.”
Yazmin, who has a 2:1 degree in media communications and cultural studies from Newcastle University, was criticised earlier this year after telling Lockie mopping was a “girl’s thing” and men shouldn’t do certain domestic chores.
And she stands by those views which saw the show branded sexist.

"I’m strong in my values. I earn money myself and I don’t rely on a man," she added.
“I also like to cook and clean and look after my man. Why can’t women do both?
“I love doing the cleaning, I love doing the washing. I enjoy it.
“James doesn’t help out with cleaning at all. It’s just the way I’ve been brought up. My mum really caters to my dad.

“My dad doesn’t lift a finger in the house.
“I enjoy looking after my partner and I’m not ashamed to say it.”
James will also have to ask Yaz’s dad’s permission should he decide to pop the question.
Yaz says: “Without my dad’s blessing I wouldn’t be able to get married. I would expect James to ask his permission.
“Luckily my dad loves James. We’ve been staying with them a bit because our new house is quite out of the way and they love him.
“My mum brings him plates of fruit and whatever he wants to eat and my nan irons his pants.

The pair have also branded themselves the “power couple” of Essex.
And Yaz adds: “We are the Snow Queen and Snow King of Essex.
“100% the power couple of Essex.”
