Kota: A 25 years old youth was today morning found hanging to the ceiling fan of his room on Balita road under Kunhari police station area of the city. The youth allegedly committed suicide late on Saturday night. Police handed over the body to the family members after postmortem today noon and initiated investigation after lodged the matter under 174 of Cr. P. C.
A 25 year old youth, identified as Rahul alias Jaswant Singh, a resident of Balita road was today found hanging to the ceiling fan in his room, told Srichand Singh, Circle In charge (CI), Kunhari police station. The dead body was handed over to the family members after postmortem, he said adding police is investigation the reason behind extreme step as no suicide note was recovered from the room.
The deceased youth had inter cast marriage with a girl from Meghwal community a year ago and was living separately from his parental family on Balita road, a police personnel from Kunhari police station said. According to his wife, after trifle scuffle in drunken state with his wife yesterday evening, the deceased left her at her uncle's home in Keshoraipatan town and he returned to his home, the police personal said. On not receiving the repeated calls, the wife today morning approached her husband's house on Balita road and found him hanging to the ceiling fan of the room, the police official said.
No serious difference or scuffle between husband and wife and between the families of the two was surfaced nowhere in the primary investigation and no suicide note was recovered so exact reason behind the death could be ascertained only after postmortem report is received and investigation is over, told C.I. Srichand Singh.
