However, according to Spanish football expert Guillem Balague, Madrid are not interested in the player.
10:30am: West Ham turned down the chance to sign Romelu Lukaku.
The Belgian was available for the small fee of £10m when he was still a Chelsea star.
And Hammers chief David Sullivan has revealed the club rejected the offer while Sam Allardyce was in charge.
“I asked Sam if he fancied Lukaku,” he told the Guardian.
