That’s the view of Chelsea hero Joe Cole.
United host City tomorrow afternoon in the Manchester derby at Old Trafford.
However, Mourinho will be without his record signing Pogba for the clash following the midfielder’s red card against Arsenal last weekend.
And Cole, who was speaking on Sky Sports, claims United will not miss Pogba, adding that it will actually help Mourinho and give them more of a chance to dominate in midfield.
When asked whether United will struggle without Pogba against City, Cole said: “As crazy as it sounds, it may help Man United.
“Pogba likes to vacate midfield and go and support the striker.

“I can see Man United scoring by winning a second ball with Herrera and a direct pass to the striker.
“Man City will concede space in behind. It might thicken the midfield up and let them [United] win second balls.”
A win for United would cut City’s lead at the top of the Premier League table to five points.
However, if Pep Guardiola's side come away with the three points, the title race could be over.
