Woman killed in truck-microbus collision

Rajshahi: An woman was killed in a road accident on Dhaka-Rajshahi highway in Puthia upazila on Saturday afternoon.

Identity of the deceased could not be known yet.

Paba Highway Police Outpost sub-inspector Habibur Rahman said a truck collided head-on with a microbus in Jhalmolia area, leaving the woman dead on the spot and four other passengers of the microbus critically injured.

The injured were taken to Puthia Upazila Health Complex.
