NEW YORK: Mojiit, a new technology startup from PingTank co-founder and serial entrepreneur Jeremy Greene, announced its launch date this week with a billboard advertisement in New York's Times Square.
The billboard campaign is part of Mojiit's upcoming December 20, 2017 beta launch, which will bring the company's technology to 3,000 test users before its full public release in January 2018. Mojiit enables users to create and share full-size, 3D augmented reality (AR) emojis via smartphone text and Mojiit's social network.
"The billboard has an emoji mooning the public," said Greene. "It's a fun way to let consumers and competitors know about our upcoming launch and share our technology."
In addition to a range of popular emojis styles that can be illuminated and shared with friends across smartphones and the Mojiit social network, users can also create their own custom emojis to send back and forth in real-time using Mojiit technology. Emojis can mimic common emotional reactions, body movements and more through AR to bring a new era of emoji use and functionality to consumers and businesses.
"The power of AR brings emoji technology to another level for consumers and opens up incredible new opportunity for brands and businesses," added Greene.
Mojiit will be available first on IOS with expansion to other platforms thereafter. For more information about Mojiit, visit mojiit.com/
