Last month we took a look at a handful of 3DO games and we were so blown away that we decided to come back for a second round. And there is a good chance we will come back for a third at some point. We love it that much.
The 3DO is a strange system, but it did have some smart ideas – like the ability to daisy-chain multiple controllers for multiplayer, and the presence of a headphone jack on the controller, which is something we wouldn't see again until the Wii U in 2012. It also, for some strange reason, has more FMV games than any platform in history. I haven't done the research to back up that statement, but I feel in my heart that is true.
