Christmas MAYHEM: Newcastle revellers stumble in drunken CHAOS as festive season KICKS OFF

The boozy party-goers stormed the busy city centre with their pals in the run up to the epic festive season.

Hilarious pictures emerged showing Brits tumbling over with their mates – and even one bloke bending over to vomit.

One lass was seen grabbing a pole, which she appeared to attempt to straddle as her mate tried to help her up.

Another photo shows a bloke rocking a Father Christmas outfit as he happily strolled through the busy city centre with his dog wrapped in tinsel.

Then a lad posing as the perfect gentlemen as he carried a girl dressed in a leather skirt and silver heels on his back.

But one woman had no care in the world about her appearance as she walked through the town bare foot – and not a sign of her footwear on her.

Unfortunately for some, one guy couldn’t hack the night as he was pictured throwing up with his pal tapping his back for extra support.

And then another guy was dragged off a bench by his pal who appeared to get him to stand.

This comes after Oxford university students dressed up as Santas for a wild Christmas-themed bar crawl which got rather out of hand.
