Manchester City expected XI: Pep Guardiola to go for this 4-3-3 away at Manchester United?

MANCHESTER CITY go away to neighbours Manchester United for a crucial game in the title race on Sunday - here is our predicted line-up for Pep Guardiola’s side.

“Manchester City are set to lock horns with neighbours Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday”

City are enjoying a phenomenal winning run at the minute, with 13 consecutive victories to their name in the league after a 1-1 draw at home to Everton on the second day.

One more win will see them equal the Premier League’s longest ever winning run, however they will have to beat arch-rivals Manchester United to achieve such a feat.

Despite City currently holding an eight point lead over them at the top of the table, Jose Mourinho’s Red Devils have not done badly themselves this season - their return of 35 points from a possible 45 is merely belittled by their noisy neighbours playing out of their skin.

So who will start for the league leaders?

Guardiola will be without long-term absentee Benjamin Mendy and the injured John Stones; whilst David Silva is a doubt.
