EastEnders spoilers: Jake Wood hints at surprise Max Branning exit in cryptic Twitter post
EASTENDERS star Jake Wood has sent fans wild over a tweet which could suggest Max Branning is leaving the BBC soap for good.
Following the news that Lauren (played by Jacqueline Jossa) and Abi Branning (Lorna Fitzgerald) will be departing EastEnders over the coming weeks, actress Jacqueline posted a heartbreaking tweet, revealing how much she’s going to miss the show.
“Wow those are the scenes and people I am going to miss!” she wrote to her 694,000 followers.
Her co-star Jake replied to the tweet with a simple: “And me” alongside a sad face emoji.
Thankfully, there’s plenty of more drama to come from Max and the post is simply referring to how much he’ll miss Jacqueline and Abi star Lorna Fitzgerald, but viewers were still shaken.
