The latest trailer for Death Stranding was full of insanity, but the part that stuck out the most to people was the fact that Norman Reedus's character had a baby in his esophagus.

About six and a half minutes into the third Death Stranding trailer, which debuted Thursday night, the point of view zooms in on Reedus's character's mouth, delving inside of him and coming upon a little round, pale, fleshy object. That object is a full-on baby, which looks up and gives viewers a little thumbs up.

It was shocking, surprising, and baffling, and people on the internet are having a field day with it. 

A couple creative people imagined finding something else inside of Reedus's character.

Whether you're a fan of the baby or not, the baby is weird, but that's probably just the tip of the iceberg for this insane-looking game.
