My neighbour has a huge problem with my parents, and they fight every other week about the smallest of things. It does sound like a Bollywood film, which is why you should try and act like a normal person and simply ask her out. If she chooses to drag her parents into this, who in turn, choose to drag your parents into this, you should decide if you want to live like an extra in a soap opera or like a normal human being who just wants to ask a girl out for coffee. She has that choice too, so how this plays out really is up to the two of you behaving like sensible adults.
