Viewers were left seriously confused when they flicked on their telly boxes to see that Glenn Donovan had been switched with a brand new actor.
The character was originally played by Neil Roberts – who joined the Hollyoaks cast in August.
But in recent episodes, the role has been handed over to Bob Cryer which caused audiences to scratch their heads.
Eagle-eyed fans raced to Twitter with their questions by the bucketload about Glenn's dramatic transformation.

A Hollyoaks insider explained to Digital Spy: "Storylines for Glenn have now expanded beyond what was originally planned, which has led to the role being recast."
Glenn appeared in Chester as Adam and Jesse Donovan's dad earlier this year.
And it turns out the womaniser has had his hand in more than just one pie…
Hollyoaks spoilers have revealed that he's the father of Darcy Wilde's son Toby and he's also been having a cheeky fling with his dead ex's daughter Grace Black.
Glenn's secrets are set to come pouring out in upcoming scenes though.
