The US has called the issue of Ukraine the single most difficult obstacle in the way of normalizing ties with Russia. During a security conference in Vienna, the situation in Ukraine and the US president’s decision to recognize Jerusalem al-Quds as Israel’s capital were among some of the topics discussed.
