Badminton tourney from tomorrow

In an effort to give the country's amateur shuttlers more exposure, the Click Racket Wreckage Badminton tournament will be underway at the Banani ground from tomorrow.

Shuttlers from different universities and corporate houses will participate in the seven-day tournament, which will be inaugurated by State Minister for Youth and Sports Biren Shikdar.

It was disclosed at a press conference at BOA auditorium yesterday that XPEDEV, an event management organization, in association with the Bangladesh Badminton Federation arranged the competition with popular electronics brand 'Click' sponsoring the event.
