BCL infighting leaves 2 in Moulvibazar

Two activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League were killed in a factional clash at Moulvibazar Govt High School ground in Moulvibazar district town on Thursday evening.

Deceased Mohammad Ali Shahbab, 22, and Nahid Alam Mahi, 16, were activists of BCL, said Sadar Police Station officer in-charge Sohel Ahmed.

The clash might have broken out over playing a cricket match at the ground around 6:00pm, the OC added.

The bodies were sent to Sadar Hospital, he said.
