ICF envisioned Global Partnership Summit 2017: The first such initiative being hosted by India
For the first time ever, India Center Foundation (ICF), a non-governmental and not for profit organisation is all set to organize the Global Partnership Summit (GPS) 2017 in India, scheduled to be held at the Aero City in New Delhi from 11th to 14th December 2017.

ICF has been working for over two decades towards India's socio-economic development keeping Indian conditions in mind. The summit is being considered as a unique initiative by ICF that will emphasize on various segments which contribute in playing a key role in the nation's building process such as clean energy, healthcare, infrastructure and logistics, energy, tourism, art and culture, agro economy, banking and finance, education and skill development and information communication technology, among others.

The visionary behind the initiative is Vibhav Kant Upadhyay, who has been a key player for implementing many developmental initiatives in the past two decades. Upadhyay is the founder-chairman of the GPS, who also heads the India Center Foundation (ICF).

The GPS will majorly focus on the developmental aspects of Asia's two great nations - India and Japan, who will propose several projects during the summit. Not only that, the summit would also focus on Africa's developmental model and doing so, it will play a key role in strengthening the overall infrastructure from Asia to Africa.

During the summit, leaders, diplomats, bureaucrats, intellectuals from various countries will deliberate on an inclusive model of development.

Apart from this, the GPS 2017 will witness the presence of 3000 delegates and over 200 speakers will be participating in the summit, including prominent business leaders, policy makers, think tanks, social change makers, youth leaders, influencers and academicians.

GPS 2017 is chaired by Global Chairman, Toshihiro Nikai; Founder Chairman, Vibhav Kant Upadhyay along with Dr Subhash Chandra and Dr Subramaniam Swamy.

According to ANI, many Indian as well as Global leaders, including Masayoshi Son, Founder, Chairman and CEO at SoftBank Group Corp; Shervin Pishevar, Co-founder and Executive Chairman at Hyperloop One; Manoj Kohli, Chairman at Softbank Energy, James Scott Mccallum, Former Governor at Wisconsin; Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Founder at Art of Living; Amitabh Kant, CEO at NITI Aayog; Nobel Laureate Kailash Satyarthi, children's rights activist and Founder at Kailash Satyarthi Children's Foundation; Bhavish Aggarwal, Founder and CEO at Ola Cabs among others will speak at the event.
