Good Morning Britain host in panic after MAJOR gaffe: 'Someone is getting fired'
GOOD MORNING BRITAIN hosts Kate Garraway and Susanna Reid were left momentarily shocked when they found that weatherman Alex Beresford had disappeared.
The pair were introducing today's forecast with Alex but when they looked around to greet him, he was nowhere to be seen.
Following a rundown of the headlines on the show, Kate commented: "Alex has the full weather picture for you now… Alex…"
She could then be seen looking around the studio as co-host Susanna asked: "Where is he?"
Panicking, Ben Shephard then joined in the search calling out: "Alex, where are you?"

The camera then panned to Alex who was standing in the corner of the studio as he quipped: "I'm here, let's take a look at the weather" before demanding the weather titles were played.
The meteorologist appeared slightly sheepish following the titles as he remarked: "Someone's getting fired."
The panicked moment came after Susanna admitted she almost missed Good Morning Britain as she set her alarm clock incorrectly.
The brunette beauty accidentally changed the time on her alarm to 4 o'clock in the afternoon instead of 4 o'clock in the morning.

She took to Twitter to reveal the technical mishap, sharing: "When you set your alarm for 4pm, not 4am. Just about made it…"
But while the 46-year-old might have been left red-faced by the incident, viewers were quick to assure her she still looked "gorgeous".
"Don't worry Susanna you still look gorgeous," one fan wrote, while another added: "Looking good Susanna."
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV at 6am.
