As three teens slammed a homeless man’s head into a wall, they “were all laughing like it was funny.”
Cops say the trio of teen boys – Brandon Conrad, 14, Malik Page, 16, and Emmanuel Harris, 17 – have been charged with murder in the death of Kevin Cullen, 57. They will be charged as adults.

Cops say three teens laughed while they beat homeless man Kevin Cullen to death.
Cullen was beaten to death on a Philadelphia street on Nov. 26.
Detectives doubled down on solving the heartless murder and got a break when surveillance video showed the trip following Cullen in the minutes before they struck.
Witnesses told local media they heard the terrible trio slamming Cullen’s head into a brick wall numerous times.
“They were all laughing like it was funny,” one witness told local media, adding neighbours found Cullen unconscious, his pockets turned inside out.
“They hit his head into a wall so hard I felt it in my house on the second floor.”
He had no money on him.
Investigators said the three boys all lived in the neighbourhood and tips from fellow students led them to the accused killers.
“It was a combination of video, word of mouth from varying sources. The kids started talking, they spoke to their friends,” Philadelphia homicide Captain John Ryan told the Daily Mail. “They were known for troublemaking inside the school.”
The dead man had been between homes and couch-surfed with friends and his family said he had struggled with booze.
“We didn’t get to see him too often. He would come in and out of our lives,” one brother told local media. “He was not abandoned, he was not unloved. He was loved deeply.”
