JAMIE REDKNAPP has made a bold claim about Chelsea’s Champions League hopes.

The Blues were held to a disappointing 1-1 draw by Atletico Madrid last night, which meant they finished runners-up in their group.
Roma beat Qarabag in the other group match to secure top spot.
And finishing second means that Chelsea go into Monday’s last 16 draw unseeded and it is looking highly likely they will face either Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain or Besiktas.
However, Redknapp believes that it does not matter if you finish top or second in the group, as long as you progress.
And he thinks all the group winners will be hoping not to face Chelsea.

I don't think it makes a great deal of difference.
"The year they [Chelsea] won it, they just about scraped through,” Redknapp told Sky Sports’ The Debate Show.
"They beat Napoli and ended up winning it.
"I don't think it makes a great deal of difference.”
But what about the prospect of facing Barcelona or PSG?
"Chelsea shouldn't fear anyone at the moment,” Redknapp added.
"They've got players in form - Morata, Hazard and Cesc Fabregas at the moment.
"There's a nice balance in their team.
"So I'd be looking at it the other way.
"If I've got a team that's topped the group, I'd be thinking 'Ah we could draw Chelsea'."
