The 57-year-old brunette bombshell took to Instagram yesterday to share the funny video with her 1.1 million followers, proving that even the most seamless shows have their disasters.

The outtakes from her latest series, At My Table, saw Nigella suffering cooking equipment flying across the room, stumbling over her words and even struggling to make eating crisps fries look attractive.

Messing up her lines, the sexy chef could be seen getting frustrated and tearing at a strip of cling film as she held back a very rude word, grumbling: “Oh for f—!”

Nigella gave her fans a sneak peek behind-the-scenes to show them that her notoriously seductive monologues to camera don’t always go as planned, taking a small handful of home-cooked chips and spilling them over her famous bosom as she tried to eat them delicately.

“There’s no elegant way to eat these and praise be to god,” she said.

She then reached up to grab a utensil hanging above her sleek kitchen island, only to be attacked by falling items as she squealed: “Help! Now the kitchen is attacking me.”

The clip showed Nigella falling about laughing and dancing playfully before cutting at the end of her final scene with a very out-of-character moment as she exclaimed: “So long, suckers!”

Her followers rushed to the comments section to share their amusement at the upload, with one saying: “Haha Nigella you rock!”

“She’s so cute,” another gushed, while a third added: “Epic moments @nigellalawson. I’ve watched them over and over.”

Although At My Table has now finished, Nigella promised her fans more delicious treats soon, saying: “I’m sorry it’s over but there’s an hourlong Christmas Special on Monday 11th December (i.e. next Monday) 8pm on BBC Two.”
