A four bedroom house in Lancashire is on sale for a mere £30,000 - a pitance compared to many similar sized houses in the UK.
The house, described as “deceptively sized” by Rightmove, is on Albion Street in Burnley, Lancashire.
The terraced house has been recenty renovated and is close to Burnley Manchester Road station.
The house has three double bedrooms and one large single bedroom, perfect for a family.

Rightmove described the house as: “A fantastic opportunity to purchase a deceptively sized, recently renovated property, within reach of transport links.
“This mid terraced property briefly comprises entrance hall, reception room and kitchen on the ground floor.
“On the first floor, the accommodation comprises three double bedrooms, a well proportioned single bedroom and a bathroom.”
However, the online estate agent added that an internal inspection highly recommended.

They added that due to the low price the price the property is likely to generate a lot of interest and therefore those interested should view the property as early as possible.

The average house price in 2017 is now at £209,988, and property value has edged upwards by 2.5 per cent when compared to the past year.
Robert Gardner, the lender’s chief economist, said the decision in the Budget to abolish stamp duty for first-time buyers purchasing a property up to £300,000, with relief for those purchasing a property up to £500,000, is likely to have only a modest impact on overall demand.
However, there are fears that stamp duty could affect properties worth over £300,000.
Buyers may opt for a cheaper property to avoid the larger stamp duty fee.
