Lomachenko vs Rigondeaux: When is the super-fight? Date, time, TV channel, live stream
VASYL LOMACHENKO and Guillermo Rigondeaux earlier this year announced a fight boxing purists had been begging for, with two of the world’s best pound-for-pound men going up against each other.

Both men are double Olympic gold medallists in their amateur days, Lomachenko triumphing in 2008 and 2012 while Rigondeaux took bantamweight honours in 2000 and 2004.
Given their impressive amateur records, the two are relatively inexperienced in the paid ranks with just 27 fights between them.
Cuba’s Rigondeaux remains unbeaten but is jumping up two weight divisions to face WBO super-featherweight champion Lomachenko, hoping to inflict a second career defeat on the Ukrainian.
When is Lomachenko vs Rigondeaux? Fight date
The fight was announced on September 15, three months before the fight date on December 9.
The massive showdown will take place at New York’s Madison Square Garden with a six-fight undercard including Irish 4-0 prospect Michael Conlan.

What time will Lomachenko vs Rigondeaux start?
The progress of the undercard, as always, will play a large part in dictating when the main event gets underway in New York.
Coverage is due to start at 9pm New York time - 2am in the UK - but the super-featherweights are not expected in the ring until 10.30pm local time at the earliest - 3.30am in the UK.
