MOSCOW: The Kremlin said Wednesday that a decision by the International Olympic Committee to ban Russia from the Winter Games should be analysed and cautioned against an emotional response.
"The situation is serious, it calls for deep analysis and it would be wrong to give in to emotions here," President Vladimir Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
